Consultation
On your first visit to our Massage Studio at Bedford Place, Southampton, we’ll run through a client Consultation prior to your first Massage, this usually takes 15 – 20 minutes, but sometimes longer.
We pride ourselves on providing effective Massage treatments that are always tailored around your needs, many people have commented that our Consultation session is unique compared to other places they have visited and that they really appreciate the Therapist taking the time to get to know them and focus on the areas that need the most attention. This is reflected by our 97% customer retention rate!
The consultation is perhaps the most important part of the session, let me explain why:
- The Consultation gives us both an excellent chance to get to know each other and ask or answer any questions that may arise.
- It gives me the opportunity to take down details about your health, past and present, to make sure I’m not doing anything we shouldn’t be, and also that we do everything we can to help you, there are often occasions when a client has a condition they’re not aware that we can help them with! This means the treatment time is even more effective.
- We can both decide on the best way to tailor your Massage treatments to your needs specifically, no two people are the same and no two Massage treatments should be the same, it’s all about You!
So, you may be asking, why do we have to pay the £7.50 Consultation fee?
- The Consultation is vital and takes time; the fee represents the importance of this time.
- We may offer advice on ways to combat certain problems, the treatment has already begun!
- Sometimes the treatment plan may change completely, having talked about you we may decide that a different course of Massage treatments are better suited to you.
- We offer 20% off of any further treatments when booked on the day, so, for example, a 60 minute Massage may cost you £42.50 for your first visit, then any follow-ups will only be £28! So you are getting the best possible value for the best treatment available!
