Q. How long does a massage last?
A. Holistic treatments can take between 15 minutes and 90 minutes, it all depends on how long you want your treatment would like and your requirements. There is a consultation required on your first treatment which is given prior to the massage which takes about 15 minutes, but can be longer depending upon the holistic therapy and your state of health. See the Treatment List for more information on the holistic therapies we offer.
Q. How much does a Holistic Therapy cost?
A. Each therapy is priced based upon time, resources and technique used, see the Prices page for prices on specific holistic treatments.
Q. What can we expect from a massage?
A. Each massage will be tailored to your requirements and will follow a consultation where we will establish the best way to apply the treatment you want based on your information. But you can expect to be relaxed environment, relief from tension and have your general wellbeing improved.
Q. Will you take my medical history into account?
A. Yes, we will go through your medical history during the consultation process. This is vital to understand anything which might need focus or caution when applying pressure during the holistic therapy, also to plan the best way to treat any ailments.
Q. Do you have insurance to perform Holistic massage?
A. Yes we have liability insurance to provide holistic massage therapies in my premises in Southampton , and mobile, however we have never had to use it.
Q. What oils do you use?
A. Carrier oils are almonds oil, peach kernel oils and a combination of high quality essential oils; we have over 70 different types of essential oils that can be combined in a vast variety of combinations in order to tailor the Aromatherapy massage to your needs and desired results. Massage cream is available if preferred.
Q. Are you qualified to perform holistic massage therapies?
A. Yes we am a fully qualified Holistic Therapist having gained my VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Holistic Therapies. we am also a trainee counsellor and have studied Nutrition.
