Q. Do we offer anything 'extras'?
A. NO! we offer genuine professional holistic therapies for the purposes of healing and relaxation, kindly please do not ask for anything else.
Q. Where are you based?
A. YOU Massage Therapy is based in Marie Claire Pilates Studio, Lower ground floor, 81 Bedford Place in Southampton , Hampshire SO15 2DF, opposite Sainsbury's local and underneath Room for Food. Click the link for How to find us.
Q. Are there any side effects of holistic treatments?
A. Some people feels sleepy or light headed after massage but this does not last for very long, you are advised to drink lots of water so not be become dehydrated. Allergic reactions are rare because of the consultation period prior to the holistic treatment determines what best not to use, but should a reaction occur it will most likely not be severe. See Health Information for when to approach with some caution. Should you have to drive or be aleart afterwards let me know and we will use oils that will relax you yet keep you fresh and awake, or even better, get someone to pick you up and enjoy the induced relaxation.
Q. What days are you available?
A. Monday afternoon and evening, Wednesday morning and afternoon, Thursday afternoon and evening, Friday afternoon and morning and afternoons on two Saturdays a month, though we can be somewhat flexible on times should be unable to do one of these days we will try my best to accommodate you.
