Find us by looking for a blue sign that reads 'studio', just opposite Sainsbury’s on Bedford Place, underneath ‘Room for Food’ café, we're lower ground floor so you need to come down a few steps to get to our door.

We are usually treating clients throughout the day in our Southampton Massage studio, but we have a receptionist; which means you can walk in to make an appointment, although we are often fully booked on the day.
