There are some circumstances during which Reflexology is not advised. However, in some situations, apart from infectious foot conditions and with chronic oedema, Reflexology can sometimes be substituted for a gentle foot or hand massage.

During the first trimester of pregnancy or throughout an unstable pregnancy; Directly after a stroke; With Deep Vein Thromosis (DVT); When you have a high temperature due to acute infection
