Our Urban Mini Yoga Retreats are a burgeoning event here at our Younity Southampton Yoga studio.
Taking place on the 3rd weekend of each month, we offer the opportunity to experience different and varied practices for people’s body and mind from different passionate holistic practitioners.
For the last urban mini yoga retreat of 2024, owner Amy will be leading a Somatic Ceremony on December 21st – the Winter Solstice.
Join us from 3-6pm on 21st December for a Somatic Ceremony – learn how to embody the change YOU want for your body, mind and soul with this practical and informative afternoon of yoga, partner work (meet someone new or bring a friend), self-massage and intention setting with a cacao ceremony (tea option also available) on the shortest day of the year.
