Massage appointments are currently available Monday to Sunday, morning, afternoon and evening (Ttimes to the right >). Our Reception is open 10.15am - 7.45pm weekdays, 10am - 7.30pm on Saturdays and Sunday 10am - 5pm; a voicemail is available at all times and during opening times we will always get back to you within the hour if you leave a message.

Treatment times range between 20 minutes and 135 minutes depending on your requirements, all of our Massage Treatments will be specifically tailored around you. We always recommend at least an hour for your treatment if you can spare the time, this gives you the opportunity to relax fully and the therapist a chance to trace the pattern of tension and treat you effectively, warming muscles and draining for quickest healing. A consultation on your first visit is essential for finding out a little more about you and the best way to treat you going forward, this usually takes no more than 15 minutes and is only required on your first session. A tucked away and serene sanctuary in the heart of the busy city, offering a comforting and secluded atmosphere where you can really relax, a lot of our customers tell us they feel instantly at ease when they get to our studio!

The Southampton Massage main treatment rooms are located at lower ground floor of the building, yet we do have a top floor penthouse suite, it is all fully private and closed off from any disturbances from visitors, the back room has rays of sunlight shining through the window throughout the afternoon, our middle two rooms are closed off from natural light so feel comfortable and cosy, a real retreat from busy life! Our studio is fully heated, with fluffy towels and an electric massage beds, the lights are dimmed and candles lit for added cosiness. We have a wide array of music available during your treatment, from classical to 'chill-out' and everything in between, something for everyone, yet we encourage customers to bring something of their own that helps them relax if preferable.
