Appointments Available 7 days a week:

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 9.30pm

Saturday: 10.00am - 7.30pm

Sunday: 10.00am - 5.30pm

Pop down, call or email any time, our Reception is open between 10.15am - 7.45pm weekdays, 10.00am - 6.30pm Saturdays and at 10.00am - 4.30pm on Sundays. Treatment times can range between 20min and 120min, depending on your requirements, plus please also allow an extra 15min for consultation on your first visit. We'd usually recommend an hour for your first appointment as this will give the therapist the opportunity to trace the pattern of tension throughout your body, if necessary, and they can recommend if longer or shorter would suit you best next time. Most of our treatments are available ALL DAY EVERY DAY! Yet there are some that are only available at certain times depending on the therapists we have working, to find out a little more our Therapists and the availability of certain treatments click here. Yet it's worth mentioning we can always be flexible and will do are absolute best to fit you in at a time to suit you.

Quite often, we will be booked a week or so in advance, particularly at busier times such as evenings and weekends, but that's not to say we couldn't fit you in, sometimes people cancel or change their appointments, also our therapists will often come in early or stay late to accommodate clients, so it's always worth trying us for that last minute appointment, yet we advise you book in advance if possible.
