Find us by looking for our green sign and green window, just opposite Sainsbury’s on Bedford Place, our reception is on the lower ground floor so you need to come down a few steps to get to our door, the ground level is 'The Photorooms' studios

Our Therapists may offer treatments outside these hours, the last appointment is normally around 8pm M- F and 6pm at weekends.

We are a small but perfectly formed 4 room therapy Centre in Bedford Place, which is just North of Southampton City Centre, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Our Reception desk opens at 10am daily until 7.45pm weekdays. We are opposite Sainsbury's, beneath the Photorooms about halfway down Bedford place, you need to come down a few steps to access our premises. More >
We're continuoulsy developing our online services to be as fluid as possible to make it even easier for you to book and pay for treatments and classes. All treatmetns are available to book online. £15 deposits are payable for new clients and can be paid via our online booking system, paypal or over the phone.
