Tim is a fantastic Osteopath, with a background in Sports Massage, he has an excellent manner and is very popular, with a technique so broad he can deal with complex health conditions as well as deeply relaxing your body and mind with his expert treatments and advice.
Tim qualified with a Masters of Osteopathy in August 2015. Prior to qualifying as an Osteopath, Tim worked as a Sports Massage Therapist for many years on the Isle of Wight.
His wide technical knowledge and gentle, effective approach make him an excellent Osteopath who takes excellent care of our clients. Tim is passionate about Sports and Sports Therapy, having played rugby and been a passionate rower.

Tim has worked at YOU Massage since 2015, he rents the back treatment room, which has plenty of space for Osteopathic assessment, on Wednesdays, Fridays and alternative Saturdays.
Tim's treatments are generally available from late morning until early evening.

We are a small but perfectly formed 4 room therapy Centre in Bedford Place, which is just North of Southampton City Centre, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Our Reception desk opens at 10am daily until 7.45pm weekdays. We are opposite Sainsbury's, beneath the Photorooms about halfway down Bedford place, you need to come down a few steps to access our premises. More >
