Amy has a wide amount of experience of running businesses, in spas, salons, private practice and clinics. Her passion is combining luxury with effective, remedial therapy, and so YOU Massage was born in 2010. Amy is a very hands on Director, involvd in every step of developing the company, which she currently runs remotely from Sydney Australia, where her partner lives.
As well as indulgent spa facials and body treatments, Aromatherapy, Lymph Drainage and Reflexology, Amy is also an expert Myo-fascial release therapist, specialising in realignment therapy, exercise prescription, reducing scar tissue and chronic tension.
Although she lives overseas, Amy still returns to the YOU Massage Studio at least twice every year. If you'd like to book specifically with Amy, please contact the team to learn when she wil be back next.

Amy started YOU Massage in 2010, and has since expanded the company to include over 20 practitioners. Amy works full time on the Company remotely from Sydney, Australia. She visits the YOU Massage studio, usually in August and March.

We are a small but perfectly formed 4 room therapy Centre in Bedford Place, which is just North of Southampton City Centre, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Our Reception desk opens at 10am daily until 7.45pm weekdays. We are opposite Sainsbury's, beneath the Photorooms about halfway down Bedford place, you need to come down a few steps to access our premises. More >

All treatments are available to book online. £15 deposits are payable for new clients and can be paid via our online booking system, paypal or over the phone.
