Hatha-inspired flow designed to be accessible to all, whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Explore mindful, intentional movements rooted with your breath, bringing awareness to how each pose impacts your physical and mental well-being. With each inhale and exhale, you’ll learn to cultivate presence and clarity, while understanding the profound benefits that yoga offers beyond the mat, hopefully being able to utilise them in your everyday lives. Our Pilates class are Mat Pilates, designed by passionate teachers who are also qualified massage therapists, knowing the body’s patterns well. Their class will help to support the stability in your posture with fine tuned body weights exercises. As you independently train limbs, such as back, glutes and core, you will notice your overall strength and muscle tone improves when you practice regular Pilates sessions. Beginners friendly.
Dynamic Yoga flow, is in essence a complete, Vinyasa Yoga course, great to build up strength, flexibility and balance, expect to sweat but also to release tension with a nice relaxation to conclude your practice. For people who want to improve their global fitness and challenge themselves, develop their balance. Connect back into your body, calm your mind, with a supportive, inspiring group.
This class is ideal if you are looking to explore a powerful type of yoga at a slower pace. With a focus on breathwork and energy alignment, yin is a restorative and meditative practice for deep stress release. Increase your resilience and feel more centred and connected to self. What a perfect way to end a weekend and restore yourself for the week ahead. Beginners friendly.
