Welcome to our online booking platform: Vagaro. You can easily Request to Book all of our services online. We are a very busy practice and we have tweaked our processes so we may offer you the best possible service when you visit us. Please read these points carefully before using this system...
Please be aware, online bookings are REQUESTED via Vagaro, and ACCEPTED by our team within 24 hours. We will notify you VIA VAGARO
- When you create your profile in Vagaro: include + select your preferred method of contact as we will use this to notify you.
- This will be SMS, Email or Push (via the app) notification - we will use this to verify your appointment details. We will not call you unless it is special circumstances
- We will work hard to assure your desired appointment and time, we are very much looking forward to your visit!
- We reserve the right to amend your booking time by 30 minutes upon acceptance - if you cannot be flexible with the start time of your bookng, please indicate this in your Appointment Notes - thank you.
- In rare cases, we may not be able to accommodate your requested time, we will let you know within 24 hours via vagaro, or, call you to discuss alternative options

New Clients' Initial Appointments
-If you are NEW CLIENT - you are required to have a New Client Consultation and pay a £15 Deposit to secure your booking. Please allow 15 minutes and £7.50 for the consultation on your first visit.
- Please select from our New Clients Initial Appointments from the Services Menu
- If you are a new client and you do not select from our New Clients Initial Appointments menu, we reserve the right to shorten or amend your treatment time to fit a mandatory New Client Consultation in - we are required to carry out a 15 minute New Client Consultation for all of our services on your first visit, except for Beauty Therapy - where you will be given a short paper form to complete instead.
Your Deposit payment is required within 24 hours of your booking request to confirm your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel your booking should you not pay the deposit in time. Please note - returning clients are not required to pay a deposit but all new clients are. Thank you. 1. With Vagaro, your details are 100% safe and secure. Please add this email address to your 'Safe Sender' list, otherwise, your email provider may not show you your booking details firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Search your inbox for that email address as we have invited you via email to join the online booking software, you have likely been generated a temporary password PLEASE NOTE: your contact details are 100% safe, as clarified by my recent chat with Rob at Vagaro recently, who clarified: "We have never sent an email to any of the contacts of businesses using Vagaro for marketing purposes or otherwise. The only messages available to be sent to your contact list are messages which would be generated by your business for marketing, appointment notifications or e-receipts. The Notifications can be disabled entirely and e-receipts withheld, should that also be something you wish to keep your customers from receiving."
3. An email and password is required to make an online booking. If you are an existing client, your email has likely already been uploaded to our database, therefore, you should have an email from us. If you do not, you can click for a reminder password to be sent, then you can go ahead and log in and book!

Have a Concession in Place?
No problem, we will apply the discount to your treatment. Book online and add info in the appointment notes section about your concession and you won't be charged the full price on the day.
