Since 2004 Amy has worked in most areas of the industry, from rehab clinics to prestigious wellness retreats. She started YOU Massage in 2010.

Amy is qualified to VTCT Level

Amy predominantly offers bespoke Alignment Packages and Workshops. Follow her work by clicking the icon below.

Emilie is our dedicated Manager who assures smooth running for all our therapists and clients while supporting our reception team to perform at its best ability.
She is also a Massage Therapist and a passionate Yoga teacher for our Younity studio, and Events coordinator for Southampton Yoga Association.

With her extensive qualifications, Carley is an expert at blending Holistic with Remedial. She has been part of the team since 2016 and blends our in house oils.

Carley is qualified to VTCT Level. She offers Holistic, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Lymph Drainage, Indian Head, Pregnancy Massage.

Marie is passionate about creating the perfectly tailored treatment. She has studied both level 2 and level 3 in Beauty Therapy. She supports the team on the front desk and offers Body Massage Treatments as well as Facials Beauty treatments! click the link to book!

Tom is a passionate Therapist who joined the team in 2022 with a Complimentary Therapy Qualification.

Tom is qualified to VTCT Level.

He offers blended treatments from Holistic to Deep tissue massages, alongside Aromatherapy, Lymphatic drainage, Reflexology and Usui Reiki.

Kathryn is qualified to the highest level in Remedial Massage. She cares deeply which is felt in her thorough treatments and reviews!

Kathryn is ISRM / LSSM Qualified Level 5

She offers expertly tailored Deep Tissue, Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy as well as balancing Holistic Massage.

Kathryn is a member if the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM)

Alanah is a passionate and deeply motivated Remedial sports therapist. With a focus on the day-to-day impact of muscle dysfunction on a person’s life, she is deeply empathetic and driven to facilitate people’s fitness and recovery journey.

Holding a BSC in Sports and Exercise Therapy she has a truly solid foundation of knowledge to inform her practice and to help empower clients with ways to help themselves outside of the studio.

With a strong foundation in various massage techniques, including Deep tissue and Thai massage, Davide completed a Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy, the highest qualification in body massage, and is pursuing his career development with Dry needling, cupping and more.

He offers Holistic, Deep Tissue and Sport massage, with advanced remedial techniques that bring this sense of deep release of the body’s tension.

Jason is a highly experienced therapist energy healing, holistic coaching and massage treatments as well as monthly Sound Baths.

Jason is qualified as Reiki Master Level 3, Holistic & Wellness coach, Counselling Level 2, Certified Life Coach & Mediator, Tantra level 4, as well as a certified Sound, Crystal & Shamanic healing and Oracle reading therapist. He also holds Body massage and Indian head massage qualifications.

Karolina is a Level 4 Advanced Holistic and Sports Massage Therapist and a passionate bodybuilder, deeply committed to helping others feel and perform at their best. With a strong understanding of body mechanics, recovery, and holistic healing, she provides tailored treatments that go beyond relaxation – aiming to relieve tension, enhance mobility, and optimise muscle function. She brings expertise and dedication to every session, ensuring you receive the care and support your body deserves.

Anya offers a warm and calming presence in bespoke treatments. Specialising in Sports Massage and Indian Head Massage but incorporating other modalities too, she offers a blended and tailored treatment experience.

Anya is AIQ Level 3 qualified with big plans for her future progression.

Ashleigh is a Level 3 qualified Sports Massage Therapist currently studying for a BSc Physiotherapy. She has over two years of experience working as a Physiotherapy Assistant, supporting patients through rehabilitation and recovery.

Ashleigh is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility, and recover from both training and everyday physical strain. She works with a wide range of clients, from active individuals and athletes to those experiencing muscle tension or injury, providing tailored treatments that support effective recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Vee offers tailored massage treatments which help to release tension, relieve pain and ultimately rebalance the body.

Trained in Sports massage therapy, Holistic and Swedish massage, body and facial Gua Sha, Acupressure and Trigger-Point therapy and Pregnancy massage.

5 Element Acupuncturist with a high level of expertise, Martin has been practicing since 2010. He also offers Thai Yoga massages to stretch your body.

Martin is Accredited by the BAC.

Becki is a third-generation osteopath, continuing a proud family tradition of hands-on healthcare. She completed her Integrated Masters of Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy, is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a member of the Institute of Osteopathy. Becki also holds a Level 3 qualification in sports massage therapy and is currently training to become a qualified personal trainer, further expanding her ability to support patients in achieving their health and fitness goals.
