About YOU Massage Southampton
YOU Massage began in 2010 as a small team of massage therapists, keen to bridge the gap between relaxing and remedial treatments and provide effective, tailored massage that is affordable and accessible for all.
Fast forward over a decade and YOU can now connect to many amazing Independent Associate practitioners, each wonderfully unique, exceptionally skilled and highly experienced in their field. Among the Holistic Therapists and Sports and Remedial experts that rent space in the building are Osteopaths, Acupuncturists, Instructors and a wide connection of specialists that spans locally. See the ‘YOU THERAPY CENTRE : Structure’ statement below for a more detailed description on how things run in the basement of the building.
YOU Massage Therapy Ltd are also a small team of employed therapists and receptionists who operate from the ground floor and friendly reception area, we pride ourselves on quality and professionalism, from the moment YOU make contact with our hospitable team you can be assured you will be at ease and your every need catered for, we strive for excellence in every step of your journey to relaxation with us.
About the Therapists
The majority of the therapists who YOU can book with online are Independent self-employed Associates. They hire a core team of Service staff who are always on hand to book your appointments and guide you through the process. Any therapist who applies to work here will be tested by our core team and they regularly gather for skill sharing workshops.
Everyone is so lovely and has been brought in for a particular reason, whether it’s their many years of experience, their unique skillset or delightful manner, you can be assured whoever you book with you are in wonderful hands.
About the Treatments
We are delighted to offer an extensive range of treatments to book, the Massage Therapists who work here really are as highly qualified as they come, up to level 5 Sports and Remedial, and the Osteopaths and Acupuncturists combine massage with their incredible treatments. Even the Yoga Teachers, who work from the YOUNITY Ltd Yoga Studio on the first floor and Pilates Instructors are also Massage Therapists, so with an ethos of providing effective treatments for every body, YOU can be assured, whatever Treatment you book, you are in experienced hands. Our Southampton Massage Studio
The YOU Massage Studio, opened 7 days a week can be found in the charming Bedford Place in Southampton, an accessible, central location.
In the Studio, you will experience a warm, comfortable atmosphere, with a beautiful range of artwork on the walls and for sell sourced by local talents, a relaxing music for you to drift off to, along with some nice filtered water to help yourself with.

YOU THERAPY CENTRE Ltd Structure
Rents Treatment Rooms at Bst, 81 Bedford Place & Offers Support Services to Independent Self Employed Associate Practitioners. Work with us?
When you, the customer, utilise our booking system to connect with these practitioners, you enter into an agreement with an Independent self employed Associate Practitioner.
Prepayment is required for all appointments and the payment goes directly to the Independent Associate Practitioner. They require 48 hours for any change requests, provided adequate notice is provided appointments may be changed or cancelled.
If you opt in to receive marketing, we offer this out as a service for some Associates and send a monthly update on their services and special offers. We take care of your data and only pass your details on so that the Independent Practitioner can provide the treatment, and not for any follow up; they may request them from you, in order to communicate with you about future sessions or send their independent marketing.
Via Phorest Pay – the data provider we use, or cash, the Associate Therapist collects the income directly from you, or via a Gift Voucher pre-payment, in exchange for Services they provide to you based on their own practices, qualification and insurance. We accept no liability for the services provided, although can assure you they have been vetted and meet their booking targets, meaning they are busy and have built a solid client base!
Once services have been completed, The Company then invoices the Associate for Rent owed, and fees for any Services requested by the Associate. Services offered in agreement are in regard to the booking system, a full-time receptionist, marketing coordinator and processing. There are also items of equipment available for hire, although most practitioners provide their own towels, oils and couch roils.
There are 4 Massage Treatment rooms available for rent in the basement. Associate therapists may use any suitably available room on any day.
YOU THERAPY CENTRE Ltd rents a reception desk from YOU Massage Therapy Ltd, who operates the ground floor premises of the address.
YOU Massage Therapy Ltd has one room rented to Osteopaths: Tim and Becki as well as Angela, this room is also utilised by employed therapists of YOU Massage Therapy Ltd, who directly employ Tom, Emilie, Maria and Carley as massage therapists and administrators.
There are 2 reception desks, one manned by a team of employee massage therapists servicing their clients, the other manned by 2 service staff, offering reception, database and marketing coordination for the Independent Associates as part of their service agreement. We assure at least one desk is always manned when you enter our building to greet you, as well as clients visiting for the upstairs, independently rented premises.
