Will’s Hatha Flow class is suitable for anyone looking to improve their mobility and alignment through a slow and intentional Yoga practice, suitable for all levels. This class is a breath focused practice, incorporating meditation and movement to achieve calmness in the mind and body.
Our Pilates class are Mat Pilates, designed to support the strength in your posture with fine tuned body weights exercises. As you independently train limbs, such as back, glutes and core, you will notice your Yoga practice and overall well-being improves when you combine classes with Pilates.
An intermediate to advanced level Hatha Yoga flow for anyone looking to challenge themselves. Increase flexibility, build strength, and find confidence and stability of mind and body through pushing yourself, away from the busy thoughts. The Beginner’s Yoga class at our Younity studio on Bedford place Southampton is recommended for those who want to start Yoga, with a more adapted pace of movements. In these progressive classes, you will learn most basic poses, how to position and brace your body to make the most of it, in a supportive community of students looking to start it too or looking to lesrn a new practice to look after their body and mind.
