NEW Mixed level YIN YOGA – Sunday 17:00 with Flo

This class is ideal if you are looking to explore a powerful type of yoga at a slower pace. With a focus on breathwork and energy alignment, yin is a restorative and meditative practice for deep stress release. Increase your resilience and feel more centred and connected to self. What a perfect way to end a weekend and restore yourself for the week ahead.

121 YOGA COACHING – Monday/Wednesday afternoons with Jimmie

Tailored Yoga coaching with expert level Yogi, Jimmie, who trains from basic understanding of Asanas (poses) to devoting your lifestyle and practices to Yoga. Perfect if you lack confidence or want to excel quickly. Also available some Wednesdays. £50 for 60 min, £65 for 90 min, or get the best price and a good kickstart by booking ahead a block of 3 x 90 min sessions for £142.50

Mixed level HATHA YOGA FLOW – Tuesday 18:00 with Jimmie 

An accessible intermediate Hatha Yoga flow for anyone looking to increase flexibility, build strength, and find stability of mind and body, away from the hubbub of daily challenges and busy thoughts. The perfect way to centre yourself, feel refreshed, strong and energised.

Mixed level ASANA WORKSHOP – Tuesday 19:15 with Jimmie

An intermediate Asana (posture) focussed session to support correct alignment, control, and time to learn & workshop some more challenging poses with variations to suit you wherever you are in your practice. Ideal for those wishing to progress their practice to the next level and focus on building strength and balance.

Beginner GENTLE YOGA – Wednesday 17:15 with Emilie

The Beginner’s Yoga class at our Younity studio on Bedford place Southampton is recommended for those who want to start Yoga or take it slowly in a physical practice, or for Yogis wanting to access the soothing side of yoga through soft mobility movements and relaxation with yoga mindset and balancing breathwork.

Mixed levels DYNAMIC YOGA FLOW – Wednesday and Thursday 18:30 with Emilie

Dynamic Yoga flow, is in essence a complete, Vinyasa Yoga course, great to build up strength, flexibility and balance, expect to sweat but also to release tension with a nice relaxation to conclude your practice. For people who want to improve their global fitness and challenge themselves, getting back into their body, calming a strong mind, with a supportive, inspiring group – very popular – book in advance.

PILATES FOR ALL – Monday at 18:00 and Thursday at 17:15 with Mandy

Mix and Match your practice with your course of classes and attend a Pilates class, designed to support the strength in your posture, as you independently train limbs, back, glutes and core, you will notice your Yoga practices and overall well-being improve when you combine classes with Pilates.

No specific belief system is demanded or required for Yoga to be practiced, as it is fundamentally a philosophy, and structured approach to mind & body which is practiced by Hindus, Buddhists, Christian’s, & almost any religious denomination one could mention worldwide.

BOOK ONLINE How to book your class with Younity studio:

Students are encouraged to bring a bottle of water, their own Yoga Mats and a small towel. But we do have spares mats if needed.
Please arrive peacefully and Yoga ready in comfortable loose clothes, 5-10 mins before the class starts.
Keep in mind, there will be massage treatments going on throughout the whole building, we thank you for your mindfulness.
