The class will be tailored around the students with our teacher’s knowledge for poses and styles variations.

Our Younity teachers’ will combine some Breath work and Traditional Yoga poses, into a mix of Vinyasa sequencing, Hatha yoga, Viniyoga, @Yogilates, with some Core work, to assure your whole body moves with ease and gains a strong and healthy posture. They will introduce you to raise your body mind connection towards a better movement awareness and enhance your respiratory capacity.
