Meditation and Aromatherapy can be incorporated into the treatment for ultimate relaxation and calming of the mind to aid the healing process. What Can I Expect?
During a Reiki session you'll usually lie, fully clothed (unless you're enhancing your treatment with an Aromatherapy Massage) comfortably on the couch, draped in warm towels if necessary. Our experienced Reiki practitioner, Lynn, encourages a deep relaxation in you with guided meditation, then holds her hands either gently on or slightly above areas of the body, guiding and focussing the flow of positive Reiki energy to the areas where it's needed.
Expect to feel comfort, clarity, relaxation and well-being. Reiki can relieve immediate stress or panic and allows you to re-charge, often combined with a warm or tingly feeling, many people drift off, some feel physical changes, others nothing but the deep sense of calm that follows a Reiki treatment; it will always be unique to you.
