In this beginner-friendly two hour back to basics yoga session you will visit – and spend time in – over 30 common yoga poses, with each thoroughly explained in terms of the alignment of your body on the mat, as well as verbal cues to mentally highlight the muscles being stretched, and to deepen engagement of muscles being strengthened.

You will conclude with a 30 minute hatha/vinyasa flow to learn how poses can be sequenced together, and how they can be combined with correct breathing.
