About Meditation Coaching in Southampton

The 1 hour session covers one-on-one coaching on meditation, for beginners and up to advanced level.  I am a qualified Meditation teacher, International accredited Holistic therapist (IPHM), breathwork teacher (Yoga Alliance), and have over 10 years experience of meditation and energy healing.

What to expect in a session?

  1. Initial Assessment: Discuss your goals, medical history, and any specific issues you want to address.
  2. Introduction to Meditation – anatomy, physiology,  nervous system, breath work v pranayama (locks/bandhas), benefits, different techniques, setting, posture, duration, contraindications, tools and equipment to enhance your practice,
  3. Guided Meditation Exercises: You’ll be guided through various meditation techniques tailored to your needs and experience.
  4. Feedback and Adjustments: I will provide real-time feedback and adjust techniques as necessary.
  5. Homework and Practice: You may be given optional exercises to practice between sessions to reinforce what you’ve learned.
  6. Progress Monitoring: Regular check-ins to assess your progress, measure success and make any needed adjustments to your plan or sessions.
